Chocolate Atta Delight

Combine the whole wheat flour, cocoa powder, and sugar in a mixing bowl. Add milk gradually while mixing to form a smooth batter. Heat ghee in a non-stick pan over low heat. Slowly pour the batter into the pan, stirring continuously to avoid lumps. Cook the mixture on low heat, stirring constantly until it thickens and forms a dough-like consistency. Add vanilla extract and chopped nuts, if using, and mix well. Continue cooking for a few more minutes until the mixture reaches a fudgy texture. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
