Marshmallow Cheesecake Brownies

Prepare the Brownie Layer

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking pan.

In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter. Add sugar, flour, cocoa powder, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.

Prepare the Cheesecake Layer

Step 1

In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, egg, and vanilla extract until smooth.

Layering and Baking

Step 1

Pour half of the brownie batter into the prepared pan. Dollop spoonfuls of the cheesecake mixture on top.

Step 2

Add the remaining brownie batter and swirl with a knife to create a marbled effect.

Step 3

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the edges are set.

Step 4

Remove from the oven and sprinkle mini marshmallows evenly over the top.

Step 5

Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the marshmallows are golden brown.

Step 6

Let the brownies cool completely before slicing and serving.
